Door panel:
A. The thickness of the door panel is ≥40mm, 500mm high, and the inner and outer sides are treated with colored steel plates (≥0.35 thick), and the surface is treated with polyester coating. The thickness of the paint is 25-30 microns. The inner layer is a fluorine-free polyurethane foam material which is formed by chemical reaction under lamination, and is filled and filled without leaving voids. The inner and outer layers thus form a solid sandwich panel in the form of metal/foam material/metal. In order to improve the wind resistance of the door, the inside of the door panel is reinforced with steel plate ribs.
