Lock car
The lock is an electromechanical, self-adaptive fixture that secures the truck or semi-trailer to the loading platform by using a rear bumper. By hooking the rear bumper bar with an electric steel hook, the vehicle and the loading platform are in perfect fit to prevent the truck or trailer from moving forward. If there is no lock device, the truck and loading platform may be detached. When the forklift moves from the loading platform to the trailer, it can cause an accident; if the driver happens to be driving the truck in a truck/trailer, it will cause a lot of trouble.
Features:
Pulley track unit: mounted on the wall of the loading dock, guiding the load-bearing device on a vertical plane and transmitting the creep or traction of the vehicle against the platform wall.
Roller-carrying device: Includes a steel roller box and a pre-lubricated needle bearing for easy movement of the carrier.
Rear anti-collision crossbar sensing device: Detects the rear end collision bar when the coupler is raised.
Low-end spring rod: Provides a connection between the load-bearing device and the roller track device by using a carrier return spring.
Carrying device: The inclined part of the front end of the carrying device realizes self-positioning through the rear bumper bar.
The hook is held by the platform staff at the start of the vehicle. Hook: Hook the rear bumper bar to prevent the vehicle from rolling/sliding away from the loading platform.
Drive: Moves the hook between the active position and the alternate position.
Base: Protects the coupler device, moving mechanical parts, hydraulic hoses and lifting cylinders from dust and debris.
Spring Cover with Bracket Guide: A spring that prevents debris from falling into the roller track assembly. The right side of the cover has an integrated bracket guide that guides the bracket through the roller track assembly below the platform boundary load. Limit switches, control harnesses, control boxes, external signal boxes and signs: These devices are used to control the lock device and provide visual/audio communication between the driver and the platform staff.
